Meet the President of NCFG, Richard Oring

Born in Freehold, NJ in 1973, Richard graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 1995 with a BS in Management. Upon graduation, he worked in the food service industry and was responsible for the marketing, purchasing and financial arrangements for major product lines of a national food distributor listed on the NYSE. Rich obtained his first securities registration in 1999 and joined the staff of a New Jersey-based Certified Public Accounting firm, preparing tax returns and handling a variety of tax and financially related assignments. He was selected to help develop that firm’s financial planning practice for its two NJ and PA offices, during which time he obtained his Series 7, 65 registrations and insurance licenses.

Rich utilizes his investment, insurance and tax backgrounds to provide our clients with answers to planning for their retirement and the education of their children or grandchildren, personal budgeting, estate planning, business succession, and charitable objectives. He manages individual investment portfolios for clients of our firm. Concerning retirement plans, Rich has done feasibility studies, established and implemented 401k and other types of plans.

Rich is active in community affairs, serving as the past President of the Kiwanis Club of Yardley, PA and for the board for Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Mercer County, NJ.  He currently volunteers at Breakfast Club for Seniors.
